Order Processing

Orders are processed based on the length of time it takes for payment confirmation. Once your payment is confirmed you will be advised and provided with a date for shipment 

Orders are not processed on a Sunday as the store will be closed.

Shipment & Delivery

We utilize different delivery methods based on the customers preference however once your order is confirmed your will be alerted via WhatsApp or email of what your delivery date will be. 

Knutsford Express  

Packages are shipped every other day and comes at a cost of $700 that will be paid by you when collecting your package from your knutsford location. Once your package has  been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number and your package will be available for collection the following day. 

Zipmail

Zipmail packages are sent off daily between Monday to Friday and may take 2-3 day to arrive at your local post office. After your package has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. 

International Shipment

shipment is available at a cost of $1500 for the first 2 pounds. If your packages runs over this price we will send an update of what the additional cost will be. 

At Melanated Skinz, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Eligibility:
• We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Please note, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Only exchanges are permitted.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on the following items:
• Yoni washes
• Yoni steam herbs
• Yoni pearls
• Boric acid suppositories
• Any other intimate or personal care items
3. Exchange Process:
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at 876405-3414 with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
• Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at 876405-3414 with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
5. Shipping & Handling Fees:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
